Kindred Hospital Northeast - Natick is a 23-bed HIH (hospital in a hospital) located on the sixth floor of our host hospital, MetroWest Medical Center.

Interdisciplinary Care

An interdisciplinary team approach to care is an underlying element of Kindred Hospital Northeast - Natick programs and services. The case management team consists of physicians, case managers, social workers, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation therapists, dietitians, staff nurses and, most important, family. As a group, the team evaluates patients upon admission and sets specific goals and objectives based on each patient’s needs. Once a patient attains these set goals, the team modifies the care plans and proceeds accordingly.
